1. Shipping

1a. Shipping Methods and Locations

Safety Pulls aims to always quickly process and safely deliver your order to you. We are able to ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS or UPS, and may be able to ship to international locations according to the availability from these providers. 1b. Timing of Shipping and Handling

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of the items ordered, shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 days from the customer's order date on average.

1c. Shipping Rates

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

2. Returns

2a. Initiating a Return

If you are not fully satisfied with your Safety Pulls purchase, please contact us at support@safetypulls.com, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and a photograph of the product in question. We will be happy to initiate a return for you under the terms described below.

2b. Terms of Returns

Products returned must be in unused like-new condition with no visible wear or damage. Products must have all hardware included. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are happy to provide a full refund less a 10% restocking fee for any refund processes initiated within 14 days of purchase. Once your returned item is received, we will validate your return within three days, and refund payments will be processed within seven days.

3. Billing

3a. Payment methods

SafetyPulls.com accepts payments by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Shop Pay. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

3b. Disputes

If you have any issues with your refund or product, please contact us at support@safetypulls.com or (484) 639-3147 so that we can resolve them for you.

The happiness of our customers is the top priority of Safety Pulls. In the unlikely event of a dispute over payment or refund issues, to serve the best interests of our customers, we will use an Online Dispute Resolution Arbitration service to determine the proper resolution.

4. Privacy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This statement of privacy applies to www.SafetyPulls.com and governs the data collections and usage.  The Safety Pulls website is an e-commerce website. By using the Safety Pulls website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement of Terms.

4a. Our Commitment

We respect your privacy. We do not and will not at any point sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer for profit any customer information to any third party. This includes but is not limited to email addresses and phone numbers. Nonetheless, Safety Pulls reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

4b. Storage of Personal and Payment Information

Safety Pulls DOES NOT store any payment information. Safety Pulls may collect personal identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and mailing address, as provided by you during the check out process. We may collect the following information:
- Name and title
- Contact information, including phone number and email address 
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests  
- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers 
This information will be maintained consistently with the privacy policies in Our Commitment above. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
4c. Accuracy of Information Provided
When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in our sole discretion, we believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to our services and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
